SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET SMS PROGRAM TERMS

These Sprouts Farmers Market SMS Program Terms (“SMS Terms”) is incorporated into the Sprouts Terms available at https://www.sprouts.com/terms/ (the “Agreement”).
BY SIGNING UP FOR A SPROUTS SMS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THE SMS TERMS AND THE AGREEMENT. You also agree to receive future SMS marketing and transactional messages from Sprouts. THE AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER; WHICH MAY LIMIT YOUR ABILITY TO BRING CERTAIN CLAIMS AGAINST SPROUTS OR BRING AN ACTION IN COURT. THE AGREEMENT ALSO CONTAINS PROVISIONS THAT LIMITS SPROUTS LIABILITY TO YOU.

Signing Up For SMS Messages

Text OPTIN to (+16234328410) to join the Sprouts SMS program. You may receive up to 8 messages a month per month. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using an automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may also receive transactional SMS messages related to your purchases with us.

Messaging Controls

At any time, you may text STOP to (+16234328410) to stop receiving SMS messages from us. You will receive an opt-out confirmation message when you do so.  
You may also text HELP to (+16234328410) to receive additional information about the Sprouts SMS program.

Your Responsibilities

By signing up for an SMS program, you represent and warrant to Sprouts that you:
  1.  Agree to these SMS Terms and the Agreement (including the binding arbitration, limitation of liability, and class action waivers therein), and that nothing precludes you from doing so;
  2. Are a natural person over eighteen (18) years of age;
  3. Reside in the United States of America; and
  4. Have read and understood our Privacy Policy, which describes how we use your information.
